Accessibility information
Accessible entry to our Main Room is via the entrance on Queen Victoria Street. For ticketed events, access to our Beer Garden is available through the alleyway to the right of the venue. This pathway includes a 40-metre long stretch of paved ground with a slight uphill incline and some narrow sections. If you require access through the Main Room instead, our staff will be happy to assist. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend notifying us at least 24 hours in advance so we can have a team member ready to unlock the main entrance and provide support. Our team is always here to help - please don’t hesitate to speak to our friendly staff upon arrival for assistance with venue access or anything else you may need. Please note that we currently do not have a wheelchair-accessible toilet on-site. However, our wonderful neighbours at Mrs. Browns have kindly made their accessible restroom available for our patrons who require it.
